Tracking lives in the confirmation email.

When Shopify accepts an order, it emails you. Courier tracking, when the carrier provides it, is added there. This website does not keep a second copy of parcels, so typing a number here cannot look up a live consignment. If the email never came, or the link failed, send the order number and we will look it up on the Shopify order.
