Delivery

We dispatch from the United Kingdom, usually within two working days after Shopify accepts the order. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not working days. If a piece needs longer — a pre-owned item being checked again, for example — the listing will say so.

The courier and the price are calculated at Shopify Checkout from the weight and the destination. We do not publish a flat rate here, because a single card and a metal ornament do not cost the same to post. You see the delivery charge before you pay.

Tracking, when the carrier provides it, is added to the Shopify order email. This website does not store a second tracking number.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, in the ordinary way. If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, tell us promptly with the order number and we will take it up with the carrier.

We can ship outside the UK where Shopify’s shipping settings allow it. Import duty, VAT and similar charges are the buyer’s, and they are not included in the price unless the checkout says they are.
