These terms cover the use of this website and purchases from Rogues Wares. A contract for goods is formed when Shopify accepts your payment, not when you add something to the basket on this site. The price, delivery charge and any discount are the ones confirmed on Shopify Checkout.

Descriptions and photographs are prepared with care. Pre-owned and refurbished goods are sold as graded. Please read the grade. Colours on a screen can differ slightly from the object.

Title in the goods passes when we have received payment in full through Shopify. Until then we can cancel an order that we cannot fulfil — for example if a single pre-owned piece was sold twice by mistake — and refund you.

Nothing on this site is investment advice, and no coin or metal piece is sold as bullion unless the listing says, in those words, that it is.

The Sell to us form is an invitation to talk. It is not an offer by us to buy, and it is not a valuation.

We are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, or for business losses. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law of England and Wales does not allow us to exclude. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also have the mandatory protections of the country in the UK where you live.

If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest still stands.
