Rogues Wares (“we”) sells online from the United Kingdom. The contact address for privacy questions is enquiries@rogueswares.co.uk. We do not publish a street address because there is no public counter.

If you write to us, we use your name, email, phone if you gave one, and the content of the message — including photographs you attach — only to answer you or to consider a purchase. If the enquiry inbox is connected, that message is delivered to our webhook or mail tool. If it is not connected, the site does not store the message: it prepares an email for you to send.

Orders and payments are processed by Shopify. Shopify receives your name, address, email, what you bought, and your payment. We do not see or store your full card number. Shopify’s own privacy notice covers that processing. Customer accounts, if you create one, are Shopify accounts.

The basket is stored in your browser so it survives a refresh. That stays on your device until you clear it.

If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, the site loads Google Analytics, which sets cookies and receives usage data. If it is not configured, we do not load it. There is no advertising network on this shop.

We do not sell personal information. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as we need it to deal with the matter and any record we are obliged to keep. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you think we have handled your information badly.
